"We have used Countsequential for traffic, speed and parking surveys since they were established in 2006. Their results are well presented in the format we require to enable us to identify peak hours at junctions, and with flows calculated in PCUs at signals. Lambeth Methodology surveys of on-street parking demand in particular are always well presented with a high standard of graphics and easy to understand. Surveys are often turned around to a tight timescale to hit deadlines, and results have been used to inform Transport Assessments and evidence for Planning Appeals heard at Public Inquiries and Hearings which has been subject to scrutiny by highway authorities, local residents and the Planning Inspectorate."
